Welcome to our Scandinavian inspired Christmas tree tour and blog hop!
It’s day 3 of the My Home Style Blog Hop: Christmas Tree edition, hosted by Stephanie from Casa Watkins Living. I’m so excited to be sharing my Scandinavian inspired Christmas tree with you! You may have seen bits of my tree shown last week during my farmhouse Christmas living room tour, but today I’m sharing all of the details that went in to getting the cozy, neutral, Scandi-inspired look. Be sure to take a peek at all the other trees in the blog hop at the end of the post.
Scandinavian inspired Christmas Tree
As you can see, I did a little furniture rearranging since my Christmas living room tour the other day. I’m still getting a feel for this new space, and it’s been an experience in itself trying to figure out how to fit a house full of stuff into a two-bedroom apartment. I predict a lot of rearranging for weeks to come.
For my tree, I decided to go with a minimal look this year. I don’t know about y’all, but I’m just in the mood for cozy and simple this holiday season. I’m feeling a less cluttered vibe, where the natural elements shine instead of all the glitz and glamour.
I love the tree that I bought this year. It’s not as bushy as my usual tress, and it’s narrow profile perfectly fits our small space this year. A fluffy, white rug brings in the cozy feels beautifully. The kitties really enjoy it, too.
These clip-on battery powered candles are so cute and convenient. I love that I can turn them on and off with a remote and that they aren’t all tangled up with a wire.
The natural finish of the wood bead garland brings a nice touch of Scandi-inspired feel.
I found these cute little bells on Amazon and painted them antique gold. They bring in an element of shimmer without being over the top.
I hope you enjoyed my Scandinavian Inspired Christmas Tree. As I said earlier, be sure to check out all the beautiful trees in the blog hop below. You won’t wan to miss all of the decorating inspiration!
