Gather decorating ideas in this farmhouse style Thanksgiving tablescape tour and blog hop!
Hey, friends! I know most of blogland is in Christmas mode but I just couldn’t go without sharing some fall decor inspiration. I’m super excited because today I’m joining up with some of my favorite blogging friends to bring you easy, beautiful farmhouse Thanksgiving tablescape ideas. Be sure to head over and check them out at the end of the post.
I tend to have less-is-more preference about home decor (especially holiday decor), so I opted for a simple approach to decorating my table this year. Also, instead of spending a ton of money on decor that I’m only going to use once a year, I shopped my home to find items that are timeless yet incorporate well into the season. I love that I can use the majority of these items year round and in other rooms in my home.
I’ll try keep the words to a minimum and let the photos speak for themselves. This post contains affiliate links for your convenience. Click here to read my full disclosure policy.
I used a faux olive leaf wreath to bring in some greenery in an otherwise white/beige palette.
I left the tableware simple and opted for natural woven placemats with just a dinner and salad plate.
The napkins are simple canvas drop cloths from the hardware store that I literally ripped to size. I was inspired by Rachel at Maison de Pax’s super easy DIY. I absolutely love the frayed edges. To add another touch of nature, I topped the napkins with a few scented pinecones I’ve had for years. They always seem to come in handy.
A pair of wooden candlesticks (similar) with white pillar candles gives great height to the vignette.
One of my favorite parts is the cute burlap pumpkin I made a few months back. I just popped it on top of a chippy white metal cake stand (similar).
I just love all of the neutral wood tones, whites and beiges, and the greenery together. The natural elements and soft color scheme are so soothing.
