I am so excited to be a part of the “Christmas in the Country” Home Tour and Link Party 2014! I am one of over 40 decorated homes participating in this two week event from November 28th till December 12th. Please visit Creative Country Mom’s to see all the new stops on the tour each day. There is also a Holiday themed link party for the event where everyone can add their posts! Be sure to stop by each of the other homes on the tour. Let’s enjoy a homespun, Country Christmas!
I’m especially excited about sharing my 2014 Christmas Home Tour this year because it’s my first holiday season as a blogger and I am eager to share my home tour with y’all! I know that you want to get to the pictures so I will keep the chatter to a minimum. Let’s get started, shall we?
Welcome to my home!
The DIY Rudolph Marquee Sign was a super fun project made from clear glass ornament bulbs.
You can check out the tutorials for the Grain Sack Stripe Sled and Christmas Wreath.
I decided to go with a red, white and blue theme. I actually really love the color combination. What can I say? I’m an All-American girl through and through.
The “Deck the Halls” Sign is another DIY.
I made the stockings and tree skirt myself. I just sewed them up one afternoon and hot glued a letter to each one.
The chalkboard is my Chalkboard Menu Board. I printed out the numbers, cut them out to create a stencil and filled it in with chalk.
And these Ornament Trees are yet another fun DIY project.
I just love the warm glow from all of the lights. Makes me want to slip on my fuzzy socks and sip some hot chocolate. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by for a look at my home all gussied up for Christmas. I had so much fun decorating and I am so glad to share it with y’all. Merry Christmas, everyone!
