Gather decorating inspiration from our spring home tour & blog hop!

Spring has definitely arrived in my neck of the woods! The trees have exploded in green, the grass is sprouting back up, and the wildflowers are in full bloom along the roadside. Can it be like this all year, please? I’ve been spiffing up around here for the past few weeks and it feels so good. I’ve been in an organizing frenzy, turning my home upside down trying to throw away or donate the things we don’t need anymore. All that clutter makes me crazy.

I love how spring time feels like a clean slate. It’s so nice to have a fresh space to enjoy. I love to throw the windows open and enjoy the scent of the freshly cut grass. There’s nothing quite like it!

It’s been nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors before the mosquitos and relentless heat take over for summer. What’s better than sitting on the back patio, sipping on a cold drink while we chat and watch the squirrels scamper around the trees? Spring doesn’t last long here in southeast Texas, so we take advantage of it for as long as possible.
